Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all sustainable tags and labels remain securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the exterior of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
